Responsibilities:
1. Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
2. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
3. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
4. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
5. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
6. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
7. Additional store manager duties as needed
