一、岗位基本信息

岗位名称:仓库运营负责人/经理

工作地点:美国得克萨斯州卡罗尔顿(12,000平方英尺仓库)

核心定位:具备创业者心态的仓库管理者,作为德州新站点运营核心,统筹仓库日常运营,带领团队实现高效运转(非从基建起步),可接受台湾籍候选人。

二、岗位核心内容

1.  统筹仓库日常运营,协调内外部资源(设施维护、物料采购、供应商对接等),保障仓库正常投产与高效运转;

2.  拆解运营中的复杂问题,快速学习并落地解决方案,优化仓库运营流程,提升货架利用率与产能;

3.  搭建并带领小而精的执行团队,通过亲力亲为建立威信,培养团队能力,落实各项运营任务;

4.  在有限条件下整合当地资源(劳务、租赁、维修等),为公司控制成本,保障运营顺畅;

5.  熟悉当地相关法规及WMS系统、仓库设备操作,建立标准化运营流程,规避运营风险。

三、岗位任职要求

1.  工作经验:至少1年仓库管理相关经验,具备成功的独立负责项目、解决复杂运营问题的案例;

2.  语言能力:中英文双语流利,能与本地供应商、工程方进行深度谈判与高效沟通;

3.  核心能力:具备极强的统筹落地能力、复杂问题拆解能力、敏捷学习能力、资源整合思维及团队领导潜力;

4.  个人特质:自我驱动力强,抗压性高,具备主人翁意识,乐于迎接挑战,不墨守成规,善于主动优化运营方案;

5.  身份要求:具备合法在美工作身份(需正常报税),台湾籍候选人可接受;

6.  其他:无行业限制,优先考虑有初创项目、跨职能工作经验,具备实干精神与逻辑推导能力的候选人。

English Job Description

I. Basic Job Information

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Lead / Manager

Location: Carrollton, TX, USA (12,000 sq. ft. Warehouse)

Core Positioning: A warehouse manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, serving as the core of the new Texas site's operations. Responsible for overall daily warehouse operations, leading the team to achieve efficient operation (not starting from infrastructure construction). Taiwanese candidates are acceptable.

II. Core Job Responsibilities

1. Overall manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate internal and external resources (facility maintenance, material procurement, supplier coordination, etc.) to ensure the normal operation and efficient operation of the warehouse;

2. Disassemble complex problems in operations, quickly learn and implement solutions, optimize warehouse operation processes, and improve shelf utilization and production capacity;

3. Build and lead a small but elite execution team, establish authority through hands-on work, cultivate team capabilities, and implement various operational tasks;

4. Integrate local resources (labor, leasing, maintenance, etc.) under limited conditions to control costs for the company and ensure smooth operations;

5. Familiar with local relevant regulations, WMS systems, and warehouse equipment operations, establish standardized operating procedures, and avoid operational risks.

III. Job Requirements

1. Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant warehouse management experience, with successful cases of independently responsible projects and solving complex operational problems;

2. Language Ability: Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to conduct in-depth negotiations and effective communication with local suppliers and engineering parties;

3. Core Competencies: Strong overall planning and execution capabilities, complex problem-solving capabilities, learning agility, resource integration thinking, and leadership potential;

4. Personal Traits: High self-motivation, strong pressure resistance, sense of ownership, willingness to take challenges, not rigid in rules, and good at proactively optimizing operational plans;

5. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required to file taxes); Taiwanese candidates are acceptable;

6. Others: No industry restrictions. Priority is given to candidates with start-up project experience, cross-functional work experience, practical spirit and logical reasoning ability.
