Job Opening: Overseas Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop overseas warehouse channels and conduct liaison with overseas warehouse partners.
2. Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, in‑warehouse handling and outbound shipment.
3. Monitor and verify inbound, inventory and outbound shipment data to guarantee data accuracy.
4. Complete product put‑away, bin‑location adjustment and inventory maintenance via System S to ensure consistency between system records and physical inventory.
5. Conduct regular inventory checks (Cycle Count / Physical Inventory). Timely report inventory discrepancies and assist in root‑cause investigation.
6. Perform daily operational tasks to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Strictly follow warehouse Safety SOPs to minimize cargo damage and operational errors.
7. Undertake other warehouse‑related assignments assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2‑year working experience as Warehouse Manager or in an equivalent management role is preferred.
2. Solid hands‑on experience in cross‑border logistics and overseas‑warehouse operations; familiar with local logistics regulations.
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication with domestic teams.
4. Willing to work on‑site at the warehouse located in Pennsylvania (PA).
5. Prior experience operating forklifts or related warehouse equipment; must hold valid work authorization in the United States.
